Das fasst unsere Grundidee und Philosophie eigentlich ganz gut zusammen.

Wir finden, ein Festival ist viel mehr als nur Musik, auch wenn die Musik natürlich im Vordergrund steht. Wir bemühen uns, die Preise so niedrig wie möglich zu halten. Kostenloses Parken, günstiges Camping und kalte Getränke und Speisen, die den Geldbeutel schonen. Aber auch hier ist es wichtig, die richtige Balance zu finden. Denn gleichzeitig soll sich das Festival finanziell selbst tragen können. Wir haben aber nicht das Ziel, reich und riesig zu werden. Wirklich nicht. Wir wollen einfach etwas schaffen, das sich über viele Jahre hinweg selbst tragen kann. Diesem Ziel sind wir in den letzten Jahren immer näher gekommen.

Was die Musik angeht, wollen wir uns auf Rock und Blues konzentrieren. Dazu gehören auch Hard Rock, Heavy Metal und weitere Subgenres. Kurz gesagt: Wir wollen ein Rockfestival mit der Möglichkeit zu ein bisschen ausgelassener Stimmung veranstalten. Auch hier sind wir unserem Ziel, wie wir finden, schon recht nahe gekommen.

Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt unserer Philosophie ist, dass wir nicht den Fokus auf einzelne "Big Bands" legen wollen, sondern ein Gesamterlebnis schaffen möchten, in dem alle Bands gleichermaßen wichtig sind. Wir halten den alten Begriff "Headliner" für überholt. Uns ist wichtig, dass alle Bands gleichberechtigt sind.

Wir möchten sowohl Altes als auch Neues vereinen. Wir suchen nach Bands, bei denen man sich fragt: "Gibt es die überhaupt noch?", "Haben die noch nie in Schweden gespielt?". Einfach Überraschungen. Gleichzeitig präsentieren wir Bands, die in den 70ern gegründet wurden, und stellen ihnen aufstrebende Newcomer vor. Wir wollen die perfekte Mischung finden, die jeden Festivaltag für unsere Besucher interessant macht. Wir möchten, dass unser Publikum spürt, dass hinter jeder Buchung Sorgfalt und Fachwissen stecken. "Von Musikliebhabern für Musikliebhaber."

Wir möchten viel Wert darauf legen, ein Festival zu schaffen, bei dem man nicht lange anstehen muss, es nicht überfüllt ist und man den Künstlern auf der Bühne nahekommen kann. Wir versuchen, eine Rockclub-Atmosphäre zu erzeugen, aber im Festival-Stil. Auch hier gilt es, die perfekte Balance zu finden: Die Besucherzahlen müssen so hoch sein, dass es sich wirtschaftlich lohnt, gleichzeitig soll aber auch eine gesellige Atmosphäre herrschen.

Wir finden, dass man sich mit dem Lineup auch 2026 nicht verstecken muss. Axts wie Magnum, Gotthard, Erik Grönwall, Leningrad Cowboys, Treat, Dynazty, Rhapsody of fire .... uvm. sind alles Größen Ihrer Genre.

Es kann nur grossartig werden und ich bin mir sicher, dass wird es auch. Treat haben wir im September dann auch nochmal auf dem Plan.

This is no ordinary festival—quite the contrary. A bombastic lineup that is second to none in a thoroughly family-friendly environment. Here, the focus is still on the feel-good factor for each individual. We think that's great! The organizers themselves say: "Our goal is to put on a festival that we ourselves would like to attend."

That pretty much sums up our basic idea and philosophy.

We want to combine both old and new. We look for bands that make you wonder, "Do they even still exist?" or "Have they never played in Sweden before?" Simply surprises. At the same time, we present bands that were founded in the 70s and introduce them to up-and-coming newcomers. We want to find the perfect mix that makes every day of the festival interesting for our visitors. We want our audience to feel that every booking is the result of careful consideration and expertise. "By music lovers, for music lovers."

We want to place a lot of emphasis on creating a festival where you don't have to wait in long lines, it's not overcrowded, and you can get close to the artists on stage. We try to create a rock club atmosphere, but in festival style. Here, too, it's important to find the perfect balance: visitor numbers must be high enough to make it economically viable, but at the same time there should be a convivial atmosphere.

We believe that the lineup for 2026 is nothing to be ashamed of. Axts, Magnum, Gotthard, Erik Grönwall, Leningrad Cowboys, Treat, Dynazty, Rhapsody of Fire, and many more are all big names in their genres.

It can only be great, and I'm sure it will be. We also have Treat on the schedule again in September.
